Cross Country Reflection

WALT: improve our fitness levels


This term we are training for cross country and recording how many laps we can do in 15 minutes. I can do  3   laps in 15 minutes. My goal is to do  5  laps by the end of the term. I will achieve this by training and soccer

  2. Kia ora Jahkyah, I like that you have set some great goals for cross country. Playing soccer is a very physical sport and it will definitely help you with your fitness. Have you thought about what other sport you can do besides soccer?
